Trivia Question
By Co-Owner: Bonnie Meier

Last month we asked, "How many skeins of DMC floss did we have in our store on December 31, 2014?" We had answers given from 250 to 4048. The correct answer was 4953. Kathy Ver Meer from Boyden wins a $20 gift certificate for coming the closest with an answer of 4048. The gift certificate will be good for one year.

Our question this month is how many Dutch costume patterns did we have on hand on December 31, 2014?

Tulip Festival and The Author's Corner
By Co-Owner: Bonnie Meier

Jubon Juweelen will have extended hours on all Tulip Festival days, May 14, 15 and 16. We will stay open in the evening as long as people are coming in and we will open around 9:00 each morning. We will also be participating in an Author’s Corner held on the Court House lawn on Saturday to promote the book, “Letters from Ralph”, a book describing Ralph Mouw’s experiences during World War II. Jubon Juweelen will also have a display of their products in Woudstra’s Meat Market’s windows. Items can be purchased at Woudstra’s, but for a broader selection, come directly to the store, which is located on the street that contains the kiddie rides, 107 3rd Street, NE, kitty corner from the NE corner of the central park.
