September is the last month to be put on to Jubon

As stated in our last newsletter September will be the last month for a business/organization to join Jubon. On January 1, 2013 Jubon will be become a stable map that will not change unless a business goes out of business. Also, there will no longer be a charge to be on Jubon; however, a business must be on by the end of September to join and pay the last three months of the year ($30). There may be a time in the future that Jubon will take another direction, but we'll wait to see what new technologies develop before anything like that happens. In the meantime the monthly newsletter will become a newsletter for Jubon Juweelen and will feature developments at the store located at 107 3rd Street NE in Orange City, Iowa. According to our site analytics from webapplications@1and1 we are still receiving between 1000 and 2000 hits each week. So it is still worthwhile for your business/organization to join Jubon.

Juliana Korver will be visiting Jubon Juweelen on August 31

On August 31 between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., Juliana Korver will be visiting Jubon Juweelen and will be available to answer disc golf questions and/or autograph discs. She will also be available to answer any questions about any of the homemade items in the store made by Juliana which includes necklaces, bracelets, earrings, purses, pin cushions, magnates, zipper pulls, and some hand knit items.

For the week of August 26 Jubon Juweelen will be giving a free mini disc to anyone purchasing any disc golf item. Don't miss this chance to meet Juliana in person. Note, Jubon Juweelen will be opening earlier on August 31st.

New Customers in Alton

Two new businesses will be on the Alton Jubon map before the end of the month. One will be a church and one will be a business that was on Jubon before, but changed ownership. Look for articles featuring these organizations in the September newsletter.
