Alton has been Juboned!

By Co-Founder: Juliana Korver

We are very happy to announce the addition of Alton to our online interactive, community map repertoire. Or as we say around Jubon headquarters, Alton's been "Juboned".

Last month we mentioned the possible addition of a new community, and Alton is it. Alton is a Sioux County town of about 1100 people located in the North West corner of Iowa. The community is located on the Floyd River and associates itself with the trains that travel the tracks that dissect the town.

Currently we have 3 businesses on the Alton map: A-Town Liquor Store, L & M Gift & Apparel, and Salon Centra. In addition you can find the public library, post office, city park, Veteran's Memorial, fire station, a couple of schools and Roadside Park Disc Golf Course. If you "drive" to the Roadside Park, you find a billboard with pictures of the disc golf course as well as a link to the PDGA or the Professional Disc Golf Association where you can find the answers to nearly all of your disc golf questions.

We hope you enjoy your ride throug Alton and we hope you check back frequently as we work to add more businesses.

New Face of Jubon

By Co-Founder: Bonnie Meier

Teresa Brunsting is Jubon's new representative. She is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University and has live in Orange City for almost 25 years. Teresa is married to Doug Brunsting originally from Hull, Iowa and has two children Cooper and Olivia.

Since moving to Orange City Teresa worked at K-Products for nearly a decade and then MOC-Floyd Valley School District for even longer.

Teresa will be hitting the streets to find more businesses and ultimately more communities to add to the Jubon family. When asked about her new endeavor, Teresa exclaimed, "I am excited about showing you what Jubon can do to promote your business and give you an online presence."
