New Business on Jubon: Orange City Physical Therapy (OCPT)

By former Catalog Inventory Manager, Joanie Mousel

Orange City Physical Therapy is a privately owned clinic that has been successfully treating patients since February of 2009. Their services include rehabilitation for the following: sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, work related injuries, neck and back pain, sprains/strains, overuse injuries such as tendonitis, chronic pain, and neurological conditions such as strokes and brain injuries. Specialty services include treatment of dizziness, lymphedema (extreme swelling), and pediatric conditions. OCPT is home to the Intensive Pediatric Therasuit Program - one 1 of only 2 clinics in Iowa that offers this life changing program. In addition to treatment of injuries, OCPT promotes prevention and healthy life style choices through a variety of wellness classes for all ages and populations.

Look for OCPT on the Jubon map at the southern end of Orange City on 8th Street by the end of June.

News from Jubon Juweelen

By Co-Founder: Bonnie Meier

Orange City launched a new website June 9. To see this new site and it's new logo, drive to the City Hall the Orange City Jubon site. Since the City Hall billboard has multiple offices, click on the top one (City Hall). When the City Hall bill board pops up, click on the web address at the bottom. Voila - the new website, mostly in orange.

The city website also links to the Chamber website. If you click on the Chamber of Commerce words on the left, you will get the new Chamber website. The first item under the Chamber is the business directory. The directory is divided into categories. Jubon is listed under the category of "telephone, internet services, & electric". Although you won't see the Jubon8 car on the business directory at preset, the Chamber Director and the new web page manager are working on a new way to represent Jubon on the directory. We hope we can keep our car logo, preferably in the traditional red, but it might have to be in Orange under each of the more than 50 businesses that are on the Jubon map. Right now there is a Google Map button under each business, however, Jubon's map is more current plus you can drive the little red car around town and see how the businesses relate to each other. We look forward to seeing how the Jubon8 will fit into the new website.
