Jubon Welcomes the Hair Clinic

Our newest location on the Orange City map is The Hair Clinic located at 101 3rd Street NE on the corner of Main and 3rd. The Hair Clinic has been in business for many years and is a hair, nail and tanning salon. Current managers are Renee Vander Broek and Erin Maranell. Renee has worked at the Clinic for ten years and has been a manager for the last several months. Erin has worked at the Clinic for five years and has managed the past three years. 

Other operators at The Hair Clinic include Laura Rokam, who has worked as a stylist for 14 years; Tina Ter Horst with 1-½ years at the Clinic and Val Vande Griend who has been there for approximately 24 years. Ashley Van Gelder has worked at the Clinic 1 ½ years. A new operator is coming on board in January. 

The Clinic keeps very user-friendly hours and is open from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon on Saturday.

Treasure Found in Orange City

The treasure was not on the Orange City web site until just recently so it hasn’t been found yet. If you live in the Orange City area, check out the billboards on the Orange City map and locate the moneybag on a billboard. When you find the moneybag, go to that place of business and ask for the clues to find the Jubon8 (little red felt car). If you are the first one to find the Jubon8, take it to the Chamber office and they will give you Chamber Bucks for it. Those Chamber bucks can then be spent in the store where you found the treasure. 

Next month check on the first of the month for the treasure. The first one to find the Jubon8 and return it to the Chamber office gets the treasure.
