Merry Christmas

The Jubon family would like to wish you a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year.

Jubon's Juliana, Jubon's Bonnie and Jubon's Clinton and their families will all be together for a week from December 26 - January 2. We will meet in California and then we are all going to Lake Tahoe for a week of fellowship and fun. I haven't skied for quite awhile, but I used to love it. Juliana broke her wrist snowboarding the last time she was there, but she said she would just ski instead of snowboard this time. I haven't seen our two granddaughters ski since they were little so it should be an exciting time.

Jubon is Two Years Old

Jubon will be celebrating its second birthday on January 1, 2012. Last year was a bit slow due to the fact that Bonnie and Lee were out of the country for 3 ½ months taking a cruise around the world. As soon as they got back they purchased a building in downtown Orange City and started a new retail business called Jubon Juweelen which opened on November 1. They have been busy getting an old, old building ready for customers, but things are looking pretty good now.

Jubon Juweelen will help promote Jubon by having frequent coupons on the web site and promoting products and sales. We look forward to Year Three to see what direction Jubon will go and whether or not we will make changes in the marketing plan. We will probably try to emphasize northwest Iowa and get a concentration of businesses there before branching out.
