Early this month, I spent some time in Northeast Iowa with my mother (and co-founder). We talked to some communities about joining Jubon and worked on some promotional documents. One such document is an FAQ or frequently asked questions. The document addresses concerns that communities and businesses may have when we approach them regarding Jubon. We thought it might be interesting if we shared its contents with you.

Nashua, IA

We are proud to announce that Nashua, IA will be the next Juboned community. Their pages will be administered by a local group called Main Street Matters. Nashua is a beautiful community of 1600 nestled in a valley adjacent to Cedar Lake in the Northeast corner of the state. It is perhaps best known for the historic Little Brown Church (in the Wildwood) which was built in 1864 and is still home to an active congregation and many, many weddings throughout the year.

We look forward to working with Main Street Matters in helping to promote Nashua and hope to have its map on the site soon.

Keith Stoeber:
Sioux Rapids Administrator

We would like to introduce you to Keith Stoeber who will be serving as the Sioux Rapids administrator for Jubon. Keith is the IT person for the Sioux Central Community School District and has served in that capacity for the past 7 years. Keith is also an assistant track and cross country coach for an outstanding track team and has helped them win multiple back-to-back conference championships. Keith is very civic minded. He serves on the Sioux Rapids City Council and volunteers in many capacities to better his community.
